Travelswapp is a platform that gives people the opportunity to swap vacation homes for a specific amount of time. It is the best way to go on vacation and have almost zero cost for housing.
How do we exchange keys?
As a guest you agree not to cause any harm to the hosts property when trying to enter for the first time. Every host will select a way to get the guest a key or combination to a key pad. Hosts are responsible for messaging key instructions or combinations to guests using the Travelswapp platform. Hosts have the option to provide a combination, store the key in a combination key box, hide a key, store for local key pick up, or perform a key swap in transit.
How much money can I save with Travelswapp?

Make an “Owners closest” out of a spare room or find another way to lock up things of value. Travelswapp is not responsible for stolen items
Does Travelswapp have any fees
Yes, Travelswapp does have a small membership fee. This fee is $20/month. Travelswapp has the right to administer additional fees for violating parts of the Travelswapp terms and conditions including but not limited to, canceling bookings within a specific timeframe, damages, etc.
Does Travelswapp verify home ownership?
Of course. Houses, apartments, or rooms can not be listed on Travelswapp.com without the owner showing proof of ownership/residence.
What are the steps for swapping?
- Create an account and add a listing.
- Use this platform to find a place you would like to visit.
- See if the host has any available dates to swap by viewing their calendar.
- If there are available dates and you, the guest, would like to swap select the dates that will work for you.
- After you select these dates the host will either accept or decline your booking.
- If the booking is declined you will need to search for a different swap.
- If the booking is accepted, the host will then find your listing and select the same date/dates to swap or find other available booking dates which you will then need to accept.
- Travelswapp monitors all bookings and can be reached via email if problems arise.
How do I block dates on my calendar that I do not want to swap?
Simply go to your calendar in your member portal select the dates you do not want to swap and select the lock button at the top of the calendar.
Can you use Travelswapp if you don’t have a home to swap?
No. Travelswapp is only for those that have a house, apartment, or room to swap.
